Confirm Your Honorary Award
Honorary degrees and awards are conferred by the Governing Council to individuals who have demonstrated exceptional distinction and measurable contribution to their field and community. Every conferment is recorded in the official university registry and can be confirmed publicly.
To confirm an honorary award presented in your name:
- Use the public credential verification portal and search with your official honorary award number, or
- Contact the office of the Registrar with your full name, the year of conferment and the award category, and an official confirmation will be issued.
Important - fraud protection
Confirmation of an honorary award is always free of charge. The university never asks recipients to pay for verification, re-issuance letters or placement on any honorary list. Report any request for payment to the Registrar immediately.
Award records for earlier years remain valid and are confirmed on the same basis.
